I generally prefer to schedule meetings between 9 AM and 5 PM Eastern Time, though I can occasionally be flexible if necessary.

I also typically try to keep 12–1 PM available for lunch. Feel free to schedule during that time if it is the most convenient option, but please be conscious of this preference. Thank you!
